- They don't offer good customer support. One time I sent in a question and it didn't get answered for 2 weeks!!! In 2 weeks, I could have already leveled from 1-80 again, why do I have to wait that long for them to respond to my ticket? Some of these places take so long to respond that a new expansion will be out before they do!
